The terms that govern general use of the Firm Hill website.

Effective: October 27, 2026

Website Terms of Use

1.Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to the website of Firm Hill Cardiometabolic Center.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.

These terms govern general website access and do not replace separate agreements governing medical care, telemedicine services, memberships, or payment obligations.

2.Website Purpose

This website provides general information about Firm Hill, its physician, clinical services, membership programs, pricing, patient resources, and appointment pathways.

Website content is intended for general informational and educational purposes.

3.No Medical Advice or Physician-Patient Relationship

Information presented on this website does not constitute individualized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Accessing the website, reading educational content, submitting a general inquiry, or joining a waitlist does not, by itself, establish a physician-patient relationship.

A physician-patient relationship is established through the appropriate professional process, including acceptance for care and applicable clinical evaluation and consent.

Nothing in these terms limits any professional duty or legal obligation that arises under applicable law.

4.Medical Emergencies

Firm Hill does not provide emergency medical services through this website.

Do not use website forms, email, waitlists, or ordinary messages to report medical emergencies.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek emergency medical care immediately.

5.Eligibility for Services

Firm Hill currently offers telemedicine services to eligible adult patients physically located in Texas at the time of consultation.

Eligibility is subject to applicable law, professional licensure, clinical appropriateness, and Practice policies.

Firm Hill reserves the right to decline or redirect requests for services when appropriate and lawful, including when telemedicine is not clinically suitable.

We do not guarantee that every individual requesting an appointment will be accepted as a patient.

6.Appointments and Scheduling

Appointment scheduling may be facilitated through Tebra or other expressly authorized scheduling systems.

Submitting an appointment request does not guarantee an appointment until confirmation is provided through the applicable scheduling workflow.

Availability, appointment categories, and scheduling requirements may change.

Clinical appointment cancellation and rescheduling terms will be disclosed separately before they become binding.

7.Membership and Pricing Information

Membership fees, consultation prices, promotions, and service descriptions displayed on the website are subject to the applicable patient financial agreement and confirmed enrollment terms.

The Practice will disclose material financial terms before enrollment, including recurring charges, duration, renewal, cancellation, and applicable exclusions.

Any pricing error will be addressed in accordance with applicable law and the patient's accepted agreement.

We will not retroactively impose undisclosed fees.

8.No Guarantee of Medical Outcomes

Medical care is individualized, and outcomes vary.

Firm Hill does not guarantee specific weight-loss results, disease reversal, medication eligibility, symptom resolution, or other clinical outcomes.

Clinical recommendations and prescribing decisions remain subject to professional judgment and applicable standards of care.

9.Appropriate Website Use

Users agree not to:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to website systems.
  • Interfere with website security or operation.
  • Submit malicious software or fraudulent information.
  • Misrepresent their identity.
  • Use the website for unlawful activities.
  • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.

We may restrict abusive or unauthorized website activity as permitted by law.

10.Intellectual Property

Website text, graphics, branding, logos, design elements, and original materials are owned by Firm Hill or used under appropriate licenses, unless otherwise stated.

No intellectual property rights are transferred through website access.

Unauthorized commercial reproduction or misuse is prohibited, subject to applicable law and lawful exceptions.

12.Website Availability

We seek to maintain reliable website access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Temporary interruptions may result from maintenance, technical problems, security incidents, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Patients should use the Practice's designated contact procedures for time-sensitive administrative matters.

13.Limitation of Website Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Firm Hill disclaims liability for losses arising solely from unauthorized misuse of public website content or technical interruptions beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable professional responsibilities, patient privacy obligations, statutory rights, or liability for medical negligence.

These website terms do not require patients to waive malpractice claims or other nonwaivable rights.

14.Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by applicable Texas law and controlling federal law, subject to mandatory legal protections and jurisdictional requirements.

15.Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as our website, services, or legal obligations change.

Updated terms will be posted with a revised effective date.

Changes to existing clinical or financial agreements will be handled in accordance with their terms and applicable law.
